Metallic Catalyst For Motorcycle and cars has the advantages of fast burning, small volume, high mechanical strength, prominent heat-resistance, etc. It is widely used in gasoline engine, diesel engine, general engines and industrial installations exhaust system, especially for motorbike,we can supply both metallic substrate coated with noble metals of Pt, Pd, Rh and without noble metals, and can meet the emission standard Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV, Euro V, EPA and CARB.

The cells of metallic substrate density can be 100, 200, 300, 400, 600 or 900 CPSI and more. The shape is round, oval, racetrack and other special shape, Firstly metallic substrate should be pretreated in order to generate a transition layer which is required to solve the mismatched heat expansion between metallic substrate itself and the active layer. On the transition layer, Metallic Catalyst For Motorcycle and cars is coated with rare earth catalyst, while in active layer is coated with noble metal like Pt,Pd,Rh.

2: The core materials: Domestic FeCrAl (2073/216), import FeCrAl (1.4725/1.4767), copper and iron, etc.

3: The foil thickness: 0.03-0.1 mm.

4: The hole density: 100-900 CPSI.

5: The braze welding: Nickel-based solder.

6: Active catalyst ingredients: Pt, Pd, Rh, and rare earth elements

2. High conversion efficiency, CO≥95%, HC≥95%, NOx≥ 90%.

 

3. Catalyst coated uniformly and firm, coating losing rate ≤3%.
