The working principle of CAS-KR-YL-F type organic waste incineration ceramic catalytic converter:

As the core component of waste incineration (digestion) furnace, CAS-KR-YL-F type Waste incineration Digestion catalyst is generally installed in the secondary combustion chamber of garbage incinerator or the tail gas catalytic reactor of digestion furnace, garbage incineration (digestion) furnace is an energy saving and emission reduction equipment for incineration (digestion) of domestic garbage, the waste incineration process is that waste is burned in a primary furnace. the exhaust gas of primary incineration (digestion) is changed into medium temperature exhaust gas by dust removal and other processes, the medium temperature waste gas enters the secondary catalytic combustion chamber, and the catalytic oxidation exothermic reaction occurs through the catalyst in the secondary combustion chamber. the medium temperature waste gas is converted into non-polluting carbon dioxide and water to achieve the purpose of eliminating CO and dioxins. after catalytic oxidation and combustion, the waste heat of the purification tail gas can be used for power generation and high-temperature steam heating, and then discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

Note of using catalyst

①Catalyst installation should be sealed with steel frame, catalytic bed installation should be divided into more than 2 sections, the channels should be aligned as much as possible; the temperature in section 1 should be controlled below 800°C.

②Before using the catalyst, fresh air should be preheated to more than 400°C before the catalyst can be fed into waste incineration (digestion) waste gas, otherwise it is easy to cause carbon deposition or flying temperature phenomenon.

③At low temperature, a large amount of waste incineration (digestion) waste gas enters the catalytic bed, causing the catalyst to "suffocate" and lead to temporary inactivation.

④Compounds containing sulfur, phosphorus, arsenic, halogens and other heavy metals will react with the active ingredients, resulting in permanent deactivation of the catalyst; flue gas should be used to pretreat all kinds of acidic gases and impurities

⑤Dust, carbon deposition, high boiling viscous materials attached to the surface of the catalyst, covering the active point of the catalyst, resulting in the loss of catalytic action; flue gas filtration should be used for pretreatment.

⑥ Long-term high temperature above 800°C in the first stage of the catalytic bed will cause the catalyst support and active components to agglomerate or sinter, resulting in a significant decrease in the number of active sites, and finally deactivation. the first stage of the catalytic bed should be heat transfer in time.
