CAS-KR-Y01-F CO removal catalyst
CAS-KR-Y01-F CO removal catalyst ceramic honeycomb catalytic converter was made by using cordierite honeycomb ceramics as support, special coating material and high content of precious metals Pd and Pt as active component, it can be used to efficiently remove the carbon monoxide generated by the insufficient combustion of all kinds of combustible gas ,such as CO from petro gas, inert gas, oxygen and etc, also could be used in various furnace like oven, chimney place, incinerator to treat not burst CO.
This catalytic converter could make CO content less than 0.5ppm, under temperature 150~200°C and space velocity at (0.3~1.0)×104 h-1,the content of carbon monoxide in the purified gas can be reduced to less than 0.5 PPM and the oxygen absorption capacity of the catalyst is up to 50ml/g, which can catalyze the reaction of carbon monoxide and oxygen into carbon dioxide, and the catalyst can be reused.

The harmful exhaust CO and unburned hydrocarbons CnHm is easily generated in the barbecue process by the oven equipment, After the installation of the oven tail gas purification catalyst, under the action of a catalyst, in the rising process of exhaust gas temperature in the oven, catalytic oxidation of the oven tail gas occurs further at low temperature, which can produce emissions of CO2 and H2O,so that CO and CnHm can reach the discharge standard, and purify the exhaust gas of the oven .CAS-KR-K01-F oven exhaust gas purification is in the conditions of catalyst at a temperature of 250~400 °C, airspeed (0.3~1) × 104h−1 , the purified gas, CO and non-methane hydrocarbons content can be reduced to below 4mg/m3; the catalyst can be reused repeatedly, the mechanical strength is good and the service life can more than 2 years.

CAS-KR-T02-K type CO room temperature removal catalyst was made by using active alumina balls as support, using unique rare earth as additive materials, and high content of precious metals Pd and Pt as active component, It can be used for the elimination of carbon monoxide at room temperature in the sealed environment such as underground rescue chamber/refuge chamber, It can also be used in submarine cabin, fire mask, CO2 laser, gas shower and other occasions where a small amount of CO needs to be eliminated, under the conditions of room temperature (≥15℃), gas humidity ≤ 90%, space velocity 0.5×104h−1, all CO can be converted in 20min, and the residual CO quantity ≤23ppm, Single cycle use time is not less than 24 hours, after simple regeneration can be reused for more than 3 cycles.

2.2.The purification principle and characteristics of the CAS-KR-Y01K-F oven exhaust catalyst
The harmful exhaust CO and unburned hydrocarbons CnHm easily generated in the barbecue process oven equipment.After install the exhaust gas purification catalyst oven, under the action of a catalyst, in the process of exhaust gas temperature rising in the oven, oven exhaust further temperature catalytic oxidation, can produce emissions of CO2 and H2O , so that CO and CnHm can reach the discharge standard,and the oven exhaust purification as the purposes. CAS-KR-K01-F oven exhaust gas purification is in the conditions of catalyst at a temperature of 250~400 °C, airspeed (0.3~1) × 104h−1 , the purified gas, CO and non-methane hydrocarbons content can be reduced to below 4mg/m3; the catalyst can be repeatedly recycled, the mechanical strength is good so that the service life can more than 2 years.


Oven exhaust catalyst need preheat to 200~250 °C activation first, and then run the oven gas to be treated, the better the operation temperature over 300 °C, the reaction conditions of 1.5~3.0 * 103h-1 CO in exhaust can be eliminated to below 0.5ppm, non-methane hydrocarbons can be reduced to below 1 ppm; the highest heat-resisting temperature is 750 °C (if the combustible gas concentration is high,it need to be matched with cooling system, prevent catalyst sintering).
