Basic principle and technological process of organic waste gas purification treatment
VOCs organic waste gas purification treatment generally adopts low temperature catalytic combustion method, the low temperature catalytic combustion treatment method is to treat the organic matter in the tail gas at low temperature, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection with the help of catalyst catalysis, so as to achieve the purpose of emission standards, catalytic combustion reaction is a typical gas-solid phase catalytic reaction, its essence is at a certain temperature, a process of the organic matter (VOCs) adsorbed on the surface of the catalyst and oxygen from the air are catalyzed to complete oxidation into harmless CO2 and H2O, and releasing reaction heat, with the help of catalyst, the ignition temperature of organic matter can be greatly reduced, flameless combustion can be carried out, and preheating energy consumption and NOx generation can be reduced. Precautions and maintenance measures for use of VOC Removal Honeycomb Ceramic Catalyst
Precautions: At low temperature, a large amount of organic matter go into the catalytic bed, resulting in the catalyst "stuffy", resulting in temporary inactivation; sulfur, phosphorus, arsenic containing compounds, halogen compounds, heavy metal compounds will react with the active ingredients, resulting in permanent catalyst deactivation; Dust, carbon deposition, and high boiling viscosity materials attach to the surface of the catalyst, covering the active site of the catalyst, resulting in loss of catalysis; high temperature can make the catalyst carrier and active components agglomerate or sinter, resulting in a significant reduction in the number of active sites, and eventually inactivation
