The main features

 

There is no need for reduction and activation before use, hydrogen deoxidation and inert gas dehydrogenation can be started at room temperature, and oxygen could be remove to less than 1ppm (up to 0.02ppm) when it is used at (3~10) ×103 h-1 space speed, the deoxidization of synthetic gas, coal gas and dry coking gas just can be started under the conditions of 110~140°C, pressure is greater than 0.1MPa and the space speed is (1~4) ×103 h-1, the residual oxygen is less than 1ppm.dehydrogenation can be started at room temperature (80~120°C is the best operation temperature), under the reaction conditions of 1.5-3.0×103h-1, the hydrogen in the gas to be purified can be eliminated to below 5ppm,the highest heat resistance temperature is 650~750°C, the mechanical strength is good, the service life is more than 3 years.

Deoxygenation or Dehydrogenation catalyst working principle and process

 

For pure gas purification (such as hydrogen, inert gas, nitrogen and other high purity gas manufacturing),we generally use hydrogen deoxygenation(hydrogen purification has the hydrogen itself and does not require the hydrogen); oxygen purification needs to remove the trace hydrogen in the gas, the catalyst is now called dehydrogenation agent, they work on the same principle as following:

Process use requirements: let the feed gas pass through the catalyst bed from top to bottom, control the air velocity, and gradually increase the gas flow rate, It is suggested to add preheater before the dehydrogenation reactor for starting up. when starting, if need to start up by heating up, you can partially close the preheater after the obvious temperature rise of the catalyst bed. and a cooler should be added after the reactor to discharge the water generated by the reaction periodically

Precautions and maintenance measures for the use of deoxidizing (hydrogen) catalyst

 

1) Once the catalyst is seriously water absorbed or soaked in water, it can be dried at 110°C for 6 hours to obtain regeneration.

2) )if the catalyst is stained with lye, it can be washed several times with anion (such as AC -) or deionized water, dried, so that it can be regenerated, and ammonia condensation should be avoided on the catalyst.

3) If the catalyst is polluted by oil, it can be regenerated with oxygen-containing gas (or air) at 500~550°C for 3~5 hours, and then reduced with H2 at 200°C for 2~4 hours to make it regenerated.

4) If the catalyst is deactivated by sulfide poisoning, it can be regenerated with air for 4~8 hours at 300~500°C and then reduced with H2300~500°C for 4 hours to make it regenerated.

 

Application

 

Deoxidizer (hydrogen) agent is mainly used for gas purification, purification and other gas manufacturers.

Deoxidizer can also be used in synthetic gas, gas, coke gas refining workshop of synthetic ammonia and other chemical industry; also be used in float glass industry, color TV and electronic industry production line gas purification system; also used for olefins deoxygenation refining, petrochemical polyethylene, polypropylene production and so on. the oxygen content in the gas is required to be less than 0.1 PPM (Because the trace amount of 02 will react with the catalyst and make the activity of the synthetic olefin catalyst decline, and at the same time react with the substances in the reaction system to form resins, blocking the pores and pipes of the synthetic reaction catalyst).
