Operation process of industrial catalytic converter

Raw Material Intake: Raw materials, which may be gases, liquids, or solids, enter the converter through pipelines, depending on the chemical product being produced.

Catalytic Reaction: The raw materials undergo a chemical reaction in the presence of a catalyst. The catalyst lowers the activation energy of the reaction, thereby accelerating the reaction rate and allowing the raw materials to be converted into the target product in a shorter time.

Heat Control: A significant amount of heat is generated during the reaction. A heat exchanger controls the reaction temperature by cooling or heating the reactants, ensuring the reaction proceeds at the optimal temperature.

Product Output: After the catalytic reaction, the raw materials are converted into the target product and output through pipelines for further processing or storage.
